Romeoville Plans Park Parties This Summer

The sheriff's office outlined previous police calls made to the home where they say a woman was shot by her neighbor this week.
Officers will support the fundraiser again this year, from 5 a.m. to noon on May 17, at the Dunkin' at 15629 127th St., and 13604 Archer Ave
The Summer Festival will be held at the farm Friday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., starting June 14.
This closure will last through Oct. 24.
The Village will host a public works open house from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 18.
Temperatures will gradually warm through the weekend, with a high of 70 on Saturday and a high of 79 on Sunday.
The Village is able to acquire the property for $800,000.
Community members and Chamber members are both welcome at the event.
