DUI, Accident on Lincoln Highway: Frankfort Police Blotter

Frankfort Police reports, Jan. 20 • DUI, Accident on Lincoln Highway • Mailbox Damaged.

SUNDAY, JAN. 20 Amy Hoffman, 36, of the 200 block of Pottawatomie Lane in New Lenox, was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to notify authorities about an accident at 9 p.m. at the intersection of Elsner Road and Lincoln Highway. She was released on bond. Her court date is Feb. 6.  Like the Crime-n-Shame Facebook page for tales of mischief and woe from all over the Chicago area. Damage to a mailbox was reported at 10 p.m. on the 10900 block of Nebraska Street. Police report information is provided by the Frankfort Police Department, Will County Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. THURSDAY, JAN. 17 Michael M. Syla, 26, of the 500 block of Prairie Road in Matteson, was arrested at 7:19 a.m. on the 20600 block of Lincoln Way Lane on an outstanding Will County warrant for failing to appear in court for a traffic violation.
