I think we can safely add Officer Leonard's name to the list headed by Officer Mandarino of the Streamwood PD , the NATIONAL DO NOT EVER HIRE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAIN. Of course, that would be AFTER the officers serve whatever JAIL TIME their respective offenses earned them. more ›
