Niemiec, 52, of the 5500 block of Essex Road in Lisle, was charged with three counts of aggravated driving under the influence and one count of possession of a controlled substance, all felonies, at 1:50 a.m. on Jan. 5 on the 20500 block of La Grange Road. She was also cited for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, improper lane usage and two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence.
