TUESDAY, JAN. 22 Annaka Morgan, 22, of the 14600 block of Knox Avenue in Midlothian, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, after she was arrested during an incident on the 19000 block of S. A Chicago man faces felony charges after a traffic stop in Frankfort revealed controlled substances in his car and allegedly led to a confession regarding a residential jewelry theft. Robert L. Wilson, 26, of the 4200 block of W. 81st Street in Chicago, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and theft of more than $500 at 3:08 p.m. on Nov. 9 at the intersection of Bankview Drive and Colorado Avenue. A Frankfort police officer investigating a residential jewelry theft on Locust Street developed a suspect matching Wilson’s description. Karen Dodoer, of New Lenox, was pulled over for allegedly speeding, but a search of her vehicle resulted in felony charges.
Six bags of cocaine were discovered in the car of a New Lenox woman during a Frankfort traffic stop on Oct. 21. Karen Dodoer, 41, of the 1900 block of Tomahawk Ridge, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Dodoer also faces charges for driving with a suspended license, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of alcohol. Dodoer was stopped by a Frankfort police officer for allegedly driving 16 miles per hour above the speed limit at 10:05 p.m. at the intersection of Laraway Road and Center Road. The officer determined that Dodoer’s license was suspended and placed her under arrest. He then conducted an inventory of the vehicle. The search revealed two plastic bags containing a white …

Police allegedly discovered a bottle of prescription antidepressants during an Oct. 9 traffic stop.
A Romeoville man was recently charged with possession of a controlled substance after a bottle of antidepressants was allegedly discovered in his car during a traffic stop in Frankfort. Christopher A. Cleaver, 23, of the 1900 block of Somerset Court in Romeoville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 9 by the Frankfort Police Department. He was also issued citations for driving with a suspended license and no insurance. According to department records, police were dispatched to an address near the intersection of Brown Drive and Charrington Drive in response to a harassment call. Police arrested three people over the weekend outside a local business.
Tinley Park police said they arrested two teens and a 20-year-old around 10:20 p.m. Friday who they found drinking inside a car in a local parking lot. They approached a suspicious 2010 Hyundai in the Centennial Bowling Lanes parking area because "subjects commonly drink alcohol in their vehicles while in the lot," according to the police report. The bowling alley is located at 16050 Centennial Circle in Tinley Park. They shined their flashlights through steam covered windows and saw the trio holding water bottles with a clear liquid and cans of soda.
