TUESDAY, NOV. 27 Ruth W. Jones, 51, of the 11800 block of W. 195th Street in Mokena, was cited for disregarding a stop sign and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at the intersection of W. Laraway Road and S. Pfeiffer Road in Frankfort. WEDNESDAY, NOV. 28 Unknown persons stole a large inflatable dog from the front yard of a residence on the 20000 block of S. Ellen Lane in Frankfort. The dog was four-foot, 6-inches tall and was wearing a Santa hat, with a stocking that said “Merry Christmas” hanging from its mouth. THURSDAY, NOV. 29 Unknown persons broke into Prize Lawn Care, on the 9400 block of W. St. Francis Road in Frankfort, and stole $3,860 worth of chainsaws, blowers and hedge trimmers.
