SATURDAY, MAY 11 Herald Dean Gerdez, 59, of the 23000 block of South Pine Valley Drive, Frankfort, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, improper lighting and driving without insurance, according to a report. Police stopped Gerdez at about 9:55 p.m. near the intersection of 108th Avenue and Lincoln Highway. He is due on June 5 in Will County court.
