Woman refused to unlock her doors, ran over cop and got away during drug arrest, police said.
An arrest warrant was obtained for a former resident who eluded arrest during a pre-arranged cocaine sting, reports said. Oak Lawn police learned from a “confidential source” that Brittany Alyssa Rotto, 23, of the 700 block of Schoolgate Road, in New Lenox, had allegedly called to ask if he wanted to purchase two eight-balls of cocaine. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7 Anthony S. McKee, 23, of the 20200 block of South Rosewood Court in Frankfort, was arrested and charged with battery, aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon after cutting himself and threatening a woman with a knife. According to the report, police were called about a domestic disturbance involving multiple people fighting in front of a home on the 9000 block of Liscanor Avenue at approximately 1:28 a.m. While en route to the address, the responding officer was informed that several people were fleeing the scene on foot, but he didn't find anybody when he searched the area. THURSDAY, JUNE 2 James P. Goutos, 24, was cited last week for possession of a firearm without proper ID, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor charge of possession of anabolic steroids. Cmdr. Kevin Keegan said Thursday that Goutos told police the 55 blue pills found in his car were steroids, but authorities are waiting on test results for confirmation. Police also discovered two hypodermic needles in Goutos' car, as well as a .22 caliber revolver, Keegan said. Goutos is scheduled to appear in court June 8. MONDAY, MAY 30 Cody S. Three Frankfort men jumped in a fight a younger family member was having with another minor in a Tinley Park school parking lot, police said.
A 42-year-old Frankfort dad apparently couldn't bear to see his younger son losing a fistfight in a grade-school parking lot, so he jumped into the fray, according to police, and so did his 19 and 21-year-old sons. Ahmad Elabed, 42, Nedal Elabed, 21, and Hakm Elabed, 19, all of the same address on the 21100 block of 80th Avenue, Frankfort, each were charged with battery/bodily harm, said Tinley Park police. The fight between a younger Elabed boy and another minor was arranged for 5 p.m. Dec. 30 in the Hilda Walker School parking lot, 19900 80th Ave., police said.
