Village Ballot: “Shall the Village of Frankfort have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?”
County Ballot (for Frankfort Square, Frankfort Township and unincorporated residents): "Shall the County of Will have the authority to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have not opted out of such program?"
