Oliver! opens tonight at Lincolnway East

Oliver! Oliver! The lively action and song packed family friendly musical opens at Lincolnway East High School tonight at 730pm

Bring the whole family out for Curtain Call Theatre's production of Oliver! which opens tonight at 730 pm at Lincolnway East.  Oliver! is a family friendly musical, full of familiar and catchy songs like "Consider Yourself"  "Food Glorious Food" and "It's a Fine Life!".  Set in 1860s London, it tells the tale of orphan boy Oliver, who dares to ask for more food, is sold to an undertaker, escapes to London and is taken in by the Artful Dodger, who leads him to the Miser Fagin and his band of thieves, where he learns to "Pick a Pocket or Two". Oliver lives in fear of Bill Sykes, relies on a childish trust of Nancy and Bet, and longs to find a real home and a real family. Will Oliver survive the streets of London? Will his dreams of love and family come true?  Come to LWE this weekend to find out!  Shows are 730pm on Friday Jan 4 and Saturday Jan 5th. There is a matinee performance at 2pm Sunday January 6th.  Tickets can be purchased online at www.ccctheatre.com or call the box office at 708 699 2228, or at the LWE auditorium.
