UPDATE: Fatality Reported in 104th and Laraway Crash

One is reported dead in a Saturday afternoon two-car collision, according to the Inter-State Consolidated Reporting Network.

Charges for the two drivers aren't expected in the fatal crash that killed a 35-year-old man on July 20, police said.

Two cars collied at about 10 a.m. near Laraway Road near 104th Avenue, police said. The man who died wasn't in either of the cars.

The Will County Coroner's Office confirmed the death of a 35-year-old man in a crash shortly after 10 a.m. a.m. July 20 on Laraway Road near 104th Avenue in Frankfort.

Matthew  J. Sayko, of Hickory Hills, was a pedestrian who was struck by a car on Laraway Road. An autopsy today revealed multiple injuries, according to the coroner's report.

Sayko was pronounced dead at 10:38 a.m. at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Frankfort police are investigating the accident.

A fatality has been reported in a car accident that occurred at 104th Ave. and Laraway Rd. shortly after 10 a.m. on Saturday, according to Inter-Stete Consolidated Emergency Reporting Network (ICERN). The Frankfort Fire Protection District has yet to confirm or deny their report.

The accident involved a two-car collision and a pedestrian, according to the Frankfort Fire Protection District. The pedestrian was busy cutting grass at the time of the crash, ICERN reports. It is currently unclear whether the grass cutter was a homeowner or a government employee, they say.
