Summer Reads, Week 6: Roots

This summer, will give readers of all ages a variety of suggestions when it comes to picking the perfect titles to bring with you to the beach, the park or even work (hey, you can read during your lunch hour, right?). The titles will be in the Local Voices section. In fact, t. Plus, your reading could win you some prizes by joining the library's Summer Reading Club and keeping track of your books and audiobooks with the online summer reading log.

. The Flight of Gemma Hardy deals with the main character setting new roots in Scotland's Orkney Islands. Glaciers: A Novel has its protagonist struggles with her roots, which keep her from experiencing her present fully. And The Last Trade tackles money, the root of all evil, in this financial thriller.
