Summer Reads, Week 5: Changing Worlds

The book suggestions continue from the Frankfort Public Library. This installment revolves around how characters cope as their realities and environments transform around them.

This summer,  will give readers of all ages a variety of suggestions when it comes to picking the perfect titles to bring with you to the beach, the park or even work (hey, you can read during your lunch hour, right?). The titles will be  in the Local Voices section. In fact, t. Plus, your reading could win you some prizes by joining the library's Summer Reading Club and keeping track of your books and audiobooks with the online summer reading log.

. The three novels look at that theme in very different ways. In some cases, the change is metaphoric, as protagonists must cope with new possible love and new home environments. In other cases, the world is quite literally changing physically, and the characters have to figure out how to survive the societal and personal chaos from it.
