Frankfort's Fourth of July Celebration

When: 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 4. Fireworks begin at dusk
Where:
What's on tap: Attendees can buy a $10 wristband that lets them enjoy other entertainment, such as inflatables, carnival games and other activities. Cover Story Band performs from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The B96 Road Crew also will be broadcasting from the event.

What's Open, What's Closed

Village government: will be closed.

Frankfort Township: The will be closed.

Postal service: There is no mail delivery, and the will be closed.

Library: will be closed.

Trash: Wednesday through Friday pickups will be delayed a day this week only.

Banks: Most are closed today, but check with your local branch just in case.

Stores: Most shops are closed, but some will be open. Here are a few that will have hours July 4.

  • : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • : 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • : 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • : 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
