Man Injured By Barbells At Tinley Park LA Fitness: Lawsuit

The man was injured while he was exercising, according to the lawsuit.

A man was injured by misplaced barbells while exercising at the Tinley Park LA Fitness, according to a lawsuit filed in Will County court.

The man filing the lawsuit, Daniel Frainey, was allegedly injured in January 2012.

The lawsuit does not specify how Frainey was allegedly injured—or what injuries he supposedly suffered—but says those injuries are worth at least $15,000.

According to the lawsuit, there were a "number of barbell weights that were negligently placed on the floor near the area (Frainey) was exercising at the" LA Fitness.
