Gimme (Jackson) 5: Lacrosse's Right for L-Way Junior Standout

Wolves' Tyler Jackson has been a fixture in the fledgling program since he was a freshman. He hopes to put L-W on the map.

Lincoln-Way fielded its first varsity lacrosse team this spring, finishing with a 4-10 record after losing its playoff opener, 14-9, to Chiefs Lacrosse last Wednesday.

Junior Tyler Jackson, a student at Lincoln-Way East, first picked up a crosse four years ago. He’s been a fixture in the Wolves starting lineup since his freshmen year. The fact that lacrosse incorporates so many of the best aspects of other sports is what attracted Jackson to the sports.

When he’s doesn’t have a crosse in hand, the junior likes to play guitar.
