From Stress to Bliss: A workshop for health, relaxation, and stress relief w/ Cheryl

"Bliss can only be present when stress is absent- or at least handled." This workshop, based on our popular ongoing class, is founded on two powerful principles. First, that regular yoga practice can increase happiness and decrease stress and second, that each one of us is unique in how we create our own stress and our own bliss. Inspired by the book of its name, this session includes meditations, asanas (poses), and lifestyle changes that students can do on their own. All levels welcome, no yoga experience needed. $25 early registration, $30 same day sign-up. *Please note all workshops, series and classes are non-refundable.
