Mom and Me Yoga w/ Vanessa

This special summer class is geared to parents with children ages 4-10 to offer a fun, creative approach to yoga that can continue at home. We will use animated poses and basic stretching exercises to promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. The breathing and visualization techniques offered will teach will help kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control, improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and, release energy in a fun, safe environment. Our class promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one''s self, inside and out. $20 per family. Please note all classes, series and workshops are non-refundable.
