Video: Summit Hill Teachers Hit The Dance Floor
The Summit Hill Educational Foundation held its second annual Dancing With the Teachers event.
The crowd cheered and hollered for their favorite teachers at on Sunday afternoon as teachers strapped on their dancing shoes for a good cause.
The second annual Dancing With the Teachers event raises money for the district's educational foundation. Teachers are paired with a professional dance partner from Fred Astaire Dance Studio and preform a routine. Final scores are a combination of online donations, audience votes and judges' scores.
The Summit Hill Educational Foundation, is a nonprofit group that helps teachers and students in the district by offering financial support in the classroom.
