Summit Hill School District on the Run
Summit Hill School District 161 held its fourth annual run/walk.

More than 350 runners and walkers participated in Summit Hill District 161’s Fourth annual Family Fun Run/Walk Sept. 21.
District 161 and the Summit Hill Educational Foundation partnered this year to provide a fun family-oriented event that encouraged runners and walkers of all ages to participate. The run/walk started at Hilda Walker Intermediate School in Tinley Park and continued through Brookside Glen’s/Frankfort Square Park District community path.
The proceeds from the event will fund physical education grants to encourage students and their families to stay active.
