SD210 Hires New Principal for L-W East High School

Scott Tingley returns to the school where he served as associate principal, replacing Barbara Jensen who retired at the end of the school year.

Lincoln-Way East High School has a new principal, thanks to the hiring of Scott Tingley to take over for Brenda Jensen, who retired at the end of the school year, according to a Lincoln-Way High School District 210 release.

This marks a return to L-W East for Tingley, 39, of New Lenox, who, starting in 2007, served under Jensen as associate principal. Since 2009, Tingley has been the personnel director for SD210.

According to the release, Tingley said he wants to build on East's educational traditions and support faculty and students.
