Lincoln-Way North Homecoming Parade is Sunday

High school in Frankfort Square will hold annual parade to kick off week of Homecoming activities and events.

Lincoln-Way North High School will kick off its annual Homecoming Week with a parade through the Frankfort Square community on Sunday, Sept. 30.

The parade features hundreds of student athletes, academic teams, marching bands and community organizations. Participants include the Frankfort Square Wildcats Football Association and the Summit Hill Junior High School Marching Band.

Marchers will step off at 1 p.m. for a quick walk down Skye Drive to Braemar Lane to Inverness Lane and then back to the high school.

Afterward, students will decorate the school in the Phoenix team colors of black and gold.
