Hickory Creek Middle School Graduation Awards Diplomas to 289 Students

Frankfort School District 157-C awarded diplomas and presented awards and honors to students and faculty.

Hickory Creek Middle School 8th graders received words of praise and advice for future success in high school.

During the May 29 graduation ceremony at Lincoln-Way North High School, the Frankfort Dist. 157-C Board of Education presented 289 8th graders with diplomas. Family and friends poured into the fieldhouse to watch students cross the bridge from middle school to high school.

Before the diplomas were handed out, administrators and board members took time to present special awards to selected students from the Class of 2013. The Frankfort Jaycees award students who made a difference. The staff at Hickory Creek Middle School selected one youngster for exemplifying good citizenship, fine scholarship and excellent school participation.
