Starting a Business in Illinois, a free seminar program presented by Center Point, the small business development center at Governors State University, begins at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 18, in the community room at Old Plank Trail Bank, 20901 LaGrange Rd., Frankfort. Participants will learn what steps to take and what resources are available to assist new business owners succeed.
