July Is Jumping in Downtown Frankfort

Sunday, July 14, also features the Village's Frankfort Country Market at Kansas and Oak Streets  from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., as well as the Chamber of Commerce's Sunday night Concert on the Green (after the bluegrass event) from 6:30-8:00 p.m. R Gang, a rhythm and blues dance band will be playing.

Then come back on Friday, July 19, for our first ever Date Night Movie on the Green, co-sponsored by FHBA, the Frankfort Park District  and the Frankfort Chamber. We'll be showing "Hitch" at dusk. Bring your chairs or blankets for this free event.

We've even made it easy for you to make a night of it. KidsWork Children's Museum is offering childcare (RSVP and fee) from 5-8 p.m. while the Frankfort Park District is covering 7-11 p.m. (RSVP and fee).  Call KidsWork (815.469.1199) or the Park District (815.469.9400) to register. Then shop a little, catch dinner in one of our great downtown restaurants and end the evening cuddled up with your honey for a charming romantic comedy.
