FHBA Hosts Superbowl Supreme Winter on the Green Feb. 3
FHBA's Superbowl Supreme Winter on the Green to feature a pre-game show autograph session with Dan Hampton, "tailgating," a Superbowl theme dessert contest, the halftime Puppy Bowl and more on Feb. 3.

The Frankfort Historic Business Association is excited to host one of the Village of Frankfort's Winter on the Green events in 2013. Superbowl Supreme will take place on Sunday, February 3, 2013, from 1-3 p.m. on Breidert Green, and we've got a great line up to get you hyped for the big game that night.
SidsGraphs in the Trolley Barn hosts our pre-game show with Dan Hampton, former Chicago Bear defensive lineman and member of the Superbowl XX championship team. From 12-1 p.m. Dan Hampton will be signing autographs and greeting fans across the street from the Green at SidsGraphs, 11 S. White Street. Winter on the Green activities kick off at 1 p.m., so head back over to Breidert Green for some "tailgating" sponsored by Chew on This Dog Barkery, Stray Bar, The Pickwick Society Tearoom, White Street Market, Smokey Barque, Frankfort General Store and other downtown merchants. Special "box lunches" for the first 100 guests, so come early and come hungry!
More of a foodie than a sportsfan? Then whip up your best Superbowl theme dessert for our first ever dessert contest. The more creative, the better. There will be a people's choice award based on appearance and then a grand prize ($100 White Street Market gift certificate), based on appearance and taste and chosen by a team of "celebrity" judges. There is no fee to compete, but bakers are asked to call White Street Market to sign up by February 2, if possible, 815.277.2453. All desserts need to be checked in by 1:30 p.m. on February 3 to be eligible for judging during the event.

The Puppy Bowl returns to the Green at 2 p.m. for our half time show, so bring your puppies ready for action! We'll also have the Chow Hound and MVP Football Catch canine contests, and the Best Dressed Fan contest for kids, adults and dogs so get your gear on! Prizes all around plus non-stop DJ entertainment, thanks to our generous FHBA merchants, so don't miss this fun-filled afternoon. Hot cocoa, cookies and a bonfire, too, courtesy of the Village of Frankfort.
