Frankfort's Night Out Against Crime

The Frankfort Police Department’s Night Out Against Crime will take place on Tuesday, August 7 from 6-9pm.  This year’s event will once again be held on the Breidert Green located at Kansas and White Street.  Come out and enjoy hot dogs grilled by Chief John Burica.  The food is free and will be served after opening ceremonies (6 pm) until 7:30pm.  Some of the activities for the night include:  Reptile Rampage, Frankfort Police Department’s new vehicles, touch a truck, Frankfort Fire Department smoke house, US Army custom dog tags for kids, kid’s games, dunk tank, safety information, and much more!  Also, there will be a shred truck available from 6-7:30pm to shred important documents.  This event is an opportunity to take a stand together against crime, promote safety, and to meet some of the Frankfort Police Officers.
