Columbus Day: What's Open and Closed in Frankfort

it's business as usual for village government and trash pickup. But there are no classes for local schools. Should everyone get the day off?

Monday is Columbus Day, which is a national holiday. However, that doesn't mean all businesses and government offices are closed. Here's a list of some of the businesses and services that might be affected.

Village government: will be open.

Postal service: There is no mail delivery, the will be closed.
