This spring, the Frankfort Township Highway Department will launch its first in-house street sweeping program.
Over the next few months, I will be determing the routes and cleaning schedule for the new equipment. Like the branch pick-up and leaf collection programs, this effort will make the area a more attractive place.

Frankfort Township Highway Commissioner

Why are you seeking office?
After I first was elected, I began initiatives to upgrade the township's road system and improve the sidewalks. When Will County banned the burning of landscape waste, I began the township's first leaf collection program.
If reelected, I would like to continue the work of the past 12 years while also expanding services for residents.
What sets you apart from the other candidates?
I am an experienced highway commissioner who understands the duties of the office.
Over the years, I have developed important relationships with the leaders of other nearby communities. We work together on a single goal: to better serve the public.
In your opinion, what are the primary challenges facing the township?
I must find ways to deliver the same or better services while spending less of the taxpayers' money.
How will you address those challenges?
I must continue to streamline operations.
If elected, what will be your philosophy as a member of the township board?
As a group, we must continue to do more with less.
Please add any other information pertinent to your campaign.
I truly enjoy serving as Frankfort Township Highway Commissoner, and my crew and I are honored to serve the public.
