Man to Appear in Court for Paraphernalia Possession

Ryan D. Javorski, 19, of the 7700 block of Jamison Drive in Frankfort, was issued a notice to appear in court for possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:03 p.m. at the intersection of Luther Lane and Sauk Trail. His court date is Jan. 10, 2013.

Theft on Center Road

An item was reported stolen from a business common area at 12 p.m. on the 700 block of Center Road.

TUESDAY, DEC. 11

Woman Served With Felony Theft Warrant

An arrest warrant was served for felony theft to Dorothy L. Guerrero, 28, of the 1000 block of E. Wilson Avenue in Lombard, at 1:40 p.m. at the 20600 block of Lincoln Way Lane. Guerrero was charged with an outstanding warrant for felony theft and possession of a controlled substance and transported to Will County Jail.

Mailbox Damage on Butternut Trail 

An unknown vehicle stuck and damaged a mailbox at 12 p.m. on the 300 block of Butternut Trail.
