Speeding Leads to Accident

Erika A. Oswo, 41, of the 2600 block of Corinth Road in Olympia Fields, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after she struck the rear end of another vehicle at the intersection of S. Harlem Avenue and W. Vollmer Road in Frankfort.

Batteries Stolen from Auto Clinic

Unknown persons stole four batteries from a semi-tractor at the Auto Clinic on the 7800 block of W. Lincoln Highway in Frankfort.

Tools Stolen From Local Barn

Unknown persons entered a barn on the 200 block of E. Joliet Highway in New Lenox and stole a generator and a chain saw. The items were last seen in early October.
