Wanted for DUI, Trespassing, Burglary and More: L-Way Arrest Warrants

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort.

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort. The Will County Sheriff's Department last updated its warrants list on July 17, 2013.

The list below pertains to people wanted for driving under the influence, trespassing and other offenses:

  • The last known address for Christopher A. Russell, 23, was in the 100 block of Locust Street, Frankfort. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Aug 22, 2012. He is wanted on a charge of burglary. Bail was set at $50,000.
  • The last known address for Jerold J. Schwartz, 53, was in the 9600 block of Stegar Road, Frankfort. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 4, 2011. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence/DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. Bail was set at $2,000.
  • The last known address for Gary B. Neff, 40, was in the 19700 block of Glennell Avenue, Mokena. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 19, 2012. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence/DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. Bail was set at $1,475.
  • The last known address for William C. Klyzub, 24, was in the 18800 block of London Lane, Mokena. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 28, 2010. He is wanted on a charge of criminal trespass to a building. Bail was set at $3,500.
  • The last known address for Anthony G. Diamond, 51, was in the 1300 block of Cedar Road, New Lenox. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 8, 2009. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $5,000.
