The police reportedly happened upon a wanted New Lenox man who was walking down the middle of Haven Avenue late at night.Brett Robertson, 36, of 620 N. Cedar Road was arrested shortly before midnight Wednesday on Haven near Brittany Drive.Robertson was "walking in the middle of the road (when) the officer discovered that Robertson had a warrant for his arrest," police said.Robertson was taken to the Will County jail.Robertson's warrant was for allegedly failing to appear in court.
