Tinley Park Man Feels Pain at Pump in Frankfort Gas Station

A woman filched a Tinley Park man's wallet after he dropped it at a Frankfort gas station, police said.

A Tinley Park man lost his wallet when a woman swooped in like a vulture and snatched it off the ground at a Frankfort gas station, then lied when he asked her about it, police said.

The 24-year-old man was victimized Jan. 3 at the 10730 S. Harlem Speedway.

The man reportedly told deputies he pulled up to a pump about 2:30 p.m. and went to prepay for his gasoline.
