Two suspects in the March 4 kidnapping were captured and charged in Sulfur Springs, TX, on Wednesday.
Two men suspected in the kidnapping of an elderly Frankfort Square woman might not see the inside of a Will County courtroom for years, Sheriff Paul Kaupas said Thursday.
Wednesday by Sulfur Springs, TX, police.

Prosecutors in Texas already have charged Anderson and Yamini with unlawful possession of a firearm, the Chicago Tribune reports. They were reportedly found with a handgun.
"Whether or not it’s a gun used in our crime, we don’t know that yet," Kaupas said on Thursday.

Both men could go to court in Texas before stepping foot in Will County again, Kaupas said. With the pair's criminal history, a conviction would possibly bring years in prison. A hearing for extradition back to Illinois also isn't likely anytime soon.
One man suspected in the kidnapping appeared in Will County court last week. A judge set bail at $1 million for Chavell Anderson, 21, of Hazel Crest. He was arrested March 7 and, along with Anderson and Yamini, is charged with armed robbery.
A surveillance video from a camera at the Wal-Mart in Crestwood helped identity the three suspects.
Authorities say the three men forced the woman into their car and stole her vehicle, before driving to a bank and withdrawing money from her account at an ATM. They then released her in Country Club Hills.
