Teens Accused of Retail Theft; Political Signs Stolen: Blotter

SUNDAY, MARCH 24
DUI Charges for Woodridge Driver
Ronald R. Torres, 31, of the 2300 block of Sunnydale Drive in Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08, driving off the roadway and making an improper left turn, according to a report. Torres was stopped at about 9:17 p.m. near the intersection of LaGrange Road and Lincoln Way Lane. He is due in court April 5.

Burglary & Theft Charges
Michael M. Zyla, 26, of the 500 block of Prairie Road in Matteson, and Gregory R. Wroblewski, 33, of the 500 block of Prairie Road in Matteson, was charged with felony burglary and theft, according to a report. Both men were arrested at 12:30 p.m. in the 8400 block of Sauk Trail and taken to Will County jail.

Retail Theft Charges for Teens
A 16-year-old boy from Mokena and a 17-year-old boy from New Lenox were cited for retail theft at about 4:10 p.m. in the 19900 block of LaGrange Road, according to a report. They are due in court April 11.
Stolen Political Signs
Political signs were reported stolen at about 9 p.m. near the intersection of LaGrange Road and Laraway, according to a report.
