Accident Leads to Traffic Charges for Woman

Tracy A. Morack, 33, of the 8200 block of West Pecan Place, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle after she clipped the front end of another vehicle while turning left at the intersection of South 84th Avenue and West St. Francis Road.

Items Stolen From Garage

A resident in the 11500 block of Tea Tree Lane reported various, unidentified items valued at less than $150 stolen from a garage to the Frankfort Police Departmen.

Copper Welding Lead Taken From Parked Truck

The Will County Sheriff's Office received a report of about $500 worth of copper welding lead stolen from the rear of a truck parked in the 20000 block of South Hickory Creek Place. A pair of bolt cutters from the truck's unsecured bed were used to cut about 200 feet of the metal, the report said.
