Retail Theft Charge, Homewood Man Arrested on Warrant: Blotter

TUESDAY, MAY 7

Marijuana Possession Citation

A 19-year-old Tinley Park man was issued an ordinance violation for possession of marijuana and was cited for speeding, according to a report. He was stopped at about 1:23 a.m. near the intersection of 95th Avenue and Lincoln Highway. He is due on June 13 in Will County court.

Retail Theft Charge For Joliet Woman

Elizabeth T. Spalliero, 33, of the 1300 block of Brown Avenue, Joliet, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. She was arrested at about 12:25 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway. A 16-year-old Joliet girl also was cited for retail theft in the same incident.

Homewood Man Arrested On Warrant

Toni M. Gatto, 24, of the 1600 block of West 183rd Street, Homewood, was arrested on an outstanding Will County warrant, according to a report. He was picked up at about 11:10 p.m. near the intersection of a LaGrange Road and North Maple Street.
