Police Say Out-of-Towners Had Crack

A traffic stop leads to an arrest and jail time for couple driving in Frankfort.

An out-of-state couple was arrested on felony drug charges Sunday when officers found crack cocaine in their car after a traffic stop, according to a police report.

Lori L. Catellier, 50, of Paducah, Ky., and Richard J. Dettmer, 49, of Greenfield, Mo., were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernelia. They are both being held at Will County Jail on $1,500 bail. No court date has been assigned.

Frankfort police pulled the two over in the 20500 block of LaGrange Road after the driver failed to signal at a turn. When an officer did a vehicle inventory of the car, he found crack cocaine, according to the report.
