Man Cited With Reckless Driving

Zachary R. Corrigan, 22, of the 20100 block of West Fairwood Court in Frankfort, was cited with reckless driving, making an improper turn and driving with one headlight after being pulled over at East Lincoln Highway and 108th Avenue.

Drug-Related Offenses Reported

• Robert M. Rossey, 19, of the 7200 block of West Mathews Drive in Frankfort, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and cited with improperly displaying his car registration after being pulled over at Route 30 and Harlem Avenue. A 16-year-old passenger from Tinley Park was charged with possession of tobacco products. 
• Joseph Wisniewski, 42, of Summit, was issued a notice-to-appear summons on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 7200 block of Laraway Road.

Man Cited With Speeding

Carlos S. Reyes, 22, of Hammond, Ind., was cited with speeding and driving with a suspended license after being pulled over at Route 45 and Colorado Avenue.

Man Cited With Suspended License

Robert K. Williams, 23, of the 8000 block of Old Mill Road in Frankfort, was cited with not signaling and driving with a suspended license after being pulled over at East Lincoln Highway and Windy Hill Drive.
