Police Blotter: Sauk Village Woman Faces Felony Drug Charges After Speeding Stop

Sauk Village Woman Caught With Alleged Narcotic Pain Reliever

Lindsay N. Hawkins, 23, of the 2900 block of 223rd Place in Sauk Village, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and the manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance after a traffic stop for speeding in the 20000 block of LaGrange Road. She also was charged with driving with a suspended license suspended and driving without insurance. Frankfort police found a suspected narcotic pain reliever while doing an inventory of Hawkins's car, according to the report. She is currently being held in Will County Jail, and no bail has been set.

Mokena Man Faces Pot Charges

Matthew S. Bourke, 20, of the 19700 block of Therese Lane in Mokena, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after an incident in the 400 block of Colorado Avenue.

Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Charges for Frankfort Man

Steven R. Baran, 29, of the 20000 block of South Rosewood Drive in Frankfort, was charged with disobeying a stop sign, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 300 block of Lincoln Highway.

Palos Hills Man Charged With DUI

Daniel Glaz, 28, of the 8900 block of West 99th Street in Palos Hills, was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 20200 block of LaGrange Road.

Chicago Woman Faces Alcohol, Traffic Charges

Latrice N. Jenkins, 25, of the 11200 block of South Vernon Avenue in Chicago, was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, failure to signal and the illegal transportation of alcohol after a traffic stop near the intersection of LaGrange Road and U.S. Route 30.

LaGrange Park Woman Stopped for DUI

Sandra J. DeVivo, 49, of the 900 block of Newberry Avevnue in LaGrange Park, was charged with failure to yield, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 after being pulled over near the intersection of LaGrange and St. Francis roads.
