Frankfort Man Faces Drug Charges

Ricahrd J. Altavilla-Wilson, 22, of the 21300 block of South 80th Avenue, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as driving with a suspended license and speeding after a traffic stop in the 8200 block of West Lincoln Highway. His next court date is May 1.

Parked Vehicle Damaged

Frankfort Police received a report of damage to a parked vehicle in a residential driveway in the 10500 block of Williamsburg Trail.

Peotone Teen Charged for Drug Offenses

Shannon M. Tennison, 19, of the 29900 block of South 120th Avenue in Peotone, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop near the intersection of LaGrange and Steger roads. Police found two plastic straws with what was confirmed to be a cocaine residue in her car, Frankfort Police Cmdr. Kevin Keegan said. She was booked in to to Will County Jail and released on bond.
