SUNDAY, SEPT. 30

Frankfort Woman Charged with Retail Theft

Samantha Hoffman, 20, of Frankfort, was issued a notice to appear in court after a retail theft was reported at 2:40 p.m. at the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway. Her court date is Nov. 8.

Bicycle Stolen From Driveway

A bicycle was reported stolen at 2:30 p.m. from a driveway on the 400 block of Michigan Road.

MONDAY, OCT. 1

Burglary Reported in Multiple Vehicles

Forced entry to multiple vehicles was reported at 2 p.m. in a business parking lot in the 0-100 block of Smith Street. Numerous items were reported stolen.

Mokena Man Arrested for Battery

Joseph Hernandez, 25, of Mokena, was arrested at 1 p.m. at the 20600 block of Lincoln Way Lane for an outstanding warrant served for battery. Hernandez was released on bond. His court date is Oct. 24.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2

Worth Man Issued Citation for DUI After Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road

Jacob Kupsik, 25, of Worth, was issued citations for driving on the wrong side of the road, driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08 and driving without insurance at 5 a.m. at the intersection of Harlem Avenue and Hickory Creek Drive. Kupsik was released on bond. His court date is Nov. 7.
