Teresa M. Stanis, 18, of the 100 block of South Park Avenue in Manhattan, was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia in the first block of Route 30.
SUNDAY, NOV. 142 Women Charged With Retail Theft
Amy J. Beeler, 20, of the 1200 block of North Cedar Road in New Lenox, and Tonya L. Garcia, 21, of the 600 block of Randall Street in Joliet, were charged with felony retail theft in the 11000 block of Route 30.

Man Charged With Drug Possession
Timothy R. Pisarazyk, 25, of the 7400 block of Inverness Lane in Frankfort, was charged by Will County Sheriff's officers with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance at Inverness Lane and Skye Drive.
Driver With .08 Blood-alcohol Charged With DUI
Courtney E. Logan, 29, of Crest Hill, was charged in the 9500 block of Lincoln Highway with driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of .08. Logan also was cited with improper lane use.

Chicago Man Cited for DUI
Thomas A. Hughes, 53, Chicago, was pulled over at Route 45 and Colorado Avenue and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane use, driving without insurance and illegally transporting alcohol. Hughes was released on bond.
THURSDAY, NOV. 11Mokena Man Charged With DUI
Mark S. Loven, 22, of the 9000 of Sussex Court, Mokena, was pulled over on the 20000 block of LaGrange Road and charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance and driving without a driver's license on his person.
3 Cited on Drug Charges
Scott L. Dearing, 19, of the 200 block of Lee Street, Manhattan, and Lindsay M. McLaughlin, 18, of the 1500 block of West Delaney Road, Manhattan, were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 400 block Hackberry Road.
During the same incident, Kristopher M. Cortese, 21, of the 7300 block of Sandalwood, Tinley Park, also was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as driving with a revoked license and misdemeanor obstructing identification. Cortese also was served an outstanding Tinley Park warrant.
