Frankfort Woman Arrested on Cook County Warrant 

Carmen Catalina Garza, 27, of the 19900 block of South Pine Hill Road, was served with a Cook County warrant in the 7200 block of Lincoln Highway and taken to Will County Jail.

Tinley Park Woman Charged With DUI

Leslie M. Aherns, 20, of the 7300 block of 170th Street in Tinley Park, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and underage consumption of alcohol after a traffic stop in the 21200 block of LaGrange Road. Aherns's next court date is Jan. 3.

Frankfort Man Racks Up Charges After Accident

Patrick J. Mangin, 48, of the 600 block of Prestwick Drive, was charged with obstructing a a police officer, driving with an expired license, driving without insurance, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to stop at a stop sign and leaving the scene of an accident after a traffic stop in the 7200 block of Sauk Trail. Mangin's next court date is Jan. 12.

Frankfort Man Served With Traffic Warrant

Stephen J. Blackstone, 46, of the 8100 block of Evergreen Drive, was served with an outstanding Will County traffic warrant after a traffic stop near Lincoln Highway and Settlers Pond Drive.
