Court Date Issued for Paraphernalia Possession 

Victor Covarrubias, 24, of the 900 block of Troon Trail, was issued a notice to appear in court for drug paraphernalia possession at 4:15 p.m. on the 7600 block of Sauk Trail. His court date is Jan. 10.

Paraphernalia Possession on Lincoln Highway

Anthony L. Fleming, 20, of the 18500 block of Morris Avenue in Homewood, was issued a notice to appear in court for drug paraphernalia possession at 3:28 p.m. at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Woodbridge Drive. His court date is Feb. 11.
