New Lenox Cops Raid Frankfort Man's Home & Arrest Him on Coke Charge

A Frankfort man allegedly intended to deal cocaine, the New Lenox police said.

The New Lenox police raided a Frankfort man's home and hauled him off to jail on drug charges.

David Albergo, 49, of 21360 S. 79th Ave. was taken into custody shortly after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Investigators "developed information which led to the issuance and execution of a search warrant for the residence of David Albergo at 21360 S. 79th Ave., Frankfort," police said. "The search revealed drug equipment and suspected cocaine."

Albergo was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug equipment and possession with the intent to deliver. He posted bond and was released from custody the day after his arrest.
