• Patrick Moriarity, 51, of 22671 Merritton Road in Frankfort was charged with battery shortly after 1 p.m. near the corner of Merritton and Misty Falls Lane.

• Christopher Jackson, 28, of 53 W. Main St. in Chicago Heights was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.The vehicle had been reported stolen from the parking lot of a Lincoln Highway business. Jackson was taken to the Will County jail.
• Unspecified items were reported stolen from an unlocked automobile parked in a residential driveway in the 21700 block of Morning Dove Lane.
• Unspecified items were reported stolen from an unlocked automobile parked in a residential driveway in the 10900 block of Nebraska Street.

• Jose Caldera-Avila, 32, of 7217 W. Route 38 in Forest Park was charged with driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, driving without insurance, and improper lane usage shortly before 11 p.m. in the 9700 block of Lincoln Highway. Caldera-Avila was taken to the Will County jail.

• Jesse Alvarez, 32, of 2646 S. Kedzie Ave. in Chicago was charged with driving while license suspended about 10:20 a.m. near the corner of LaGrange and Pleasant Hill roads.
• Ashley Jones, 29, of 3215 S. Chestnut Drive in Flossmoor was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle shortly after 6 p.m. in the 9700 block of Lincoln Highway.

• Keith Colquitt, 25, of 838 White Oak Lane in University Park was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding shortly after 12:30 a.m. near the corner of Hunter Woods Drive and Lincoln Highway.
• Mark Reynolds, 59, of 76 W. Lincoln Highway in Chicago Heights was charged with driving while license suspended and without a front license plate about 9:50 a.m. in the 7300 block of Lincoln Highway.
• A 17-year-old Mokena girl was charged with retail theft about noon in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.
