FRIDAY, OCT. 26

DUI on La Grange Road

James D. Hogan, 41, of the 1400 block of Henry Street in Normal, was issued citations at 1:25 a.m. at the intersection of La Grange Road and Nebraska Street for improper lane usage, driving under the influence, failure to dim headlights, failure to signal and no insurance. Hogan was released on bond. His court date is Dec. 5.

Teens Issued Court Notice for Retail Theft

Two teenage girls were issued notices to appear in court for retail theft. The alleged incident occurred at 3 p.m. on the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway. One of the girls was a 16-year old from New Lenox. The other was a 17-year old from Manhattan. Their court date is Dec. 10.

Pot Possession on La Grange Road

Katherine Mather, 20, of the 1500 block of W. Station Street in Kankakee was issued a citation at 11:10 p.m. at the intersection of La Grange Road and St. Francis Road for driving with a suspended license. She was also issued a notice to appear in court for cannabis possession. Her court date is Dec. 6.
