Man Allegedly Causes Car Accident, Cited for DUI

Kevin M. Johnson, 28, of the 600 block of Meadowood Lane in Wilmington, was cited for driving under intoxication and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident at 12:45 p.m. on the 21100 block of Wolf Road. He was released on bond and will appear in court on Dec. 6.

Teen to Appear in Court for Retail Theft

A 16-year old boy from New Lenox was issued a notice to appear in court for retail theft at 2:08 p.m. on the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway. His court date is Jan. 14.
